Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Kshaf services through kshaf.ai. Kshaf is operated by Reactor Technology OÜ, registered in Estonia, with its address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117 Estonia.
By starting a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or using Kshaf services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Free Trial
1.1 Kshaf may offer a 7-day free trial to eligible new customers.
1.2 During the free trial, you may use Kshaf according to the features and limitations shown at signup.
1.3 If you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription, you must cancel before the free trial ends.
1.4 If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial, your selected subscription plan may automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method may be charged.
1.5 Kshaf may limit, refuse, or cancel free trials in cases of suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, fraud, or misuse.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 As a new paying customer, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your first paid subscription payment.
2.2 The date of your first paid subscription payment is the "Date of Purchase".
2.3 The "Refund Period" means the 30-calendar-day period starting from the Date of Purchase.
2.4 You may request a refund during the Refund Period for any reason.
2.5 The 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to your first paid subscription purchase and does not apply to renewals, repeat purchases, additional services, third-party fees, custom domain fees, or customers who abuse the refund policy.
3. Business Information Required to Build Your Website
3.1 To create your business website, Kshaf may require you to provide business information, content, access, approvals, or instructions.
3.2 If you do not provide the required information, Kshaf may not be able to build, complete, or launch your website.
3.3 You may still request a refund within the Refund Period whether or not you have proviequired business information.
3.4 Failure to provide the required business information does not automatically extend the Refund Period.
4. Refunds After the Refund Period
4.1 Subject to Section 5, you are not eligible for a refund after the Refund Period has ended.
4.2 This applies whether or not you have completed your business information, used the service, requested edits, received your website, connected your domain, or launched your website.
4.3 Outside the Refund Period, all payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Kshaf in writing.
5. Website Delivery Delay
5.1 Kshaf aims to deliver eligible business websites within 24 hours after receiving all required business information, content, access, and approvals.
5.2 If Kshaf has not delivered the initial website version within 1 calendar day after you have provided all required business information, Kshaf may extend your Refund Period by the number of days Kshaf was delayed.
5.3 For example, if Kshaf delivers your initial website version 3 days after receiving all required business information, your Refund Period may be extended by 2 days.
5.4 This extension does not apply to delays caused by incomplete information, late responses, unavailable domain names, DNS propagation, third-party platforms, payment issues, unsupported requests, or circumstances outside Kshaf's reasonable control.
6. Domain Name Costs
6.1 If you use your own domain name, no domain cost will be deducted by Kshaf from your refund.
6.2 If Kshaf provides or registers a custom domain name for your website, the cost of that domain name may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
6.3 Domain name fees may be non-refundable because domain registrations are usually purchased from third-party registrars and cannot always be cancelled or reversed.
6.4 If a domain name is provided by Kshaf, it remains owned or controlled by Kshaf unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Yearly and Two-Year Plans
7.1 The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible first-time purchases of monthly, yearly, and two-year plans.
7.2 If you request a valid refund within the Refund Period, Kshaf may refund the amount paid for the subscription, less any non-refundable domain name fees, third-party fees, or separately agreed custom service fees.
7.3 After the Refund Period ends, yearly and two-year plan payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
7.4 Promotional free months included in yearly or two-year plans have no separate cash value and are not refundable as individual monthly credits.
8. Cancellation Is Not the Same as a Refund
8.1 You may cancel your subscription through the Kshaf dashboard or by contacting info@kshaf.ai.
8.2 Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for payments already made.
8.3 If you cancel during the Refund Period and request a refund, Kshaf will review your request under this Refund Policy.
8.4 If you cancel after the Refund Period, your website may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which it may be taken offline.
9. Website Access After Refund or Cancellation
9.1 Kshaf websites are powered by Kshaf technology and are provided as part of an active subscription.
9.2 If your subscription is refunded, cancelled, unpaid, or terminated, your website may be taken offline.
9.3 Kshaf is not required to transfer the website, source code, design files, hosting setup, templates, database, or platform access to you after refund or cancellation.
9.4 You retain ownership of the business content you provided, such as your logo, text, images, and business information.
10. How to Request a Refund
10.1 To request a refund, contact Kshaf at info@kshaf.ai or submit a request through your Kshaf dashboard.
10.2 Your refund request should include:
a. your full name;
b. your business name;
c. the email address used for your Kshaf account;
d. your subscription plan; and
e. a short note requesting the refund.
10.3 Kshaf may ask for additional information to verify your account and process the refund.
10.4 Approved refunds will usually be processed through the original payment method via Stripe.
10.5 Refund processing times may vary depending on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, or payment method.
11. Abuse of Refund Policy
11.1 Kshaf may refuse a refund if we reasonably believe that the refund policy is being abused.
11.2 Abuse may include, but is not limited to:
a. creating multiple accounts to receive repeated refunds;
b. using the service to obtain a completed website and then requesting repeated refunds;
c. fraudulent payment activity;
d. chargeback abuse;
e. violation of Kshaf's Terms and Conditions; or
f. using the service for illegal, harmful, or prohibited business activities.
12. Legal Rights
12.1 This Refund Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.
12.2 If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have rights under EU consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by this Refund Policy.
12.3 If there is a conflict between this Refund Policy and mandatory applicable law, the mandatory applicable law will apply.
